Receiving your Superior Seating Furniture
At Superior Seating, we deliver Australia wide (conditions and charges apply), and all standard orders will be processed within three business days.
Delivery Costs
Real-time shipping rates are calculated automatically according to your delivery postcode and are showing at the checkout. All rates are up-to-date with our shipping provider.
Free self-pickup is also available at our Melbourne warehouse. Please contact us at hello@superiorseating.com.au to arrange the best time for pickup.
Delivery Locations and Lead Times
Your orders will be delivered within the following times:
- VIC, NSW, SA, ACT metro areas: 1-3 business days
- QLD and WA metro areas: 2-6 business days
- Non-metro areas including TAS: 6-12 business days
Non-Metro Area Delivery
Postcodes of remote towns, offshore locations, and QLD onforwarding zones will incur additional delivery surcharges. A notification message will be shown at checkout. Please contact us at hello@superiorseating.com.au and we will find out the best shipping rate for you.
Important Information about Delivery
- If your delivery address is not on ground level, please ensure access is available via a lift and the lift can carry goods. Superior Seating reserves the right to cancel any order if required delivery access is not available.
- Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.
- Delivery contractors are required to gain proof of delivery, so please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
